After this week's update I get emails with the tags [Maniphest] [Retitled] when I create a new task. It should be [Maniphest] [Created]. Feed shows "created" correctly.

Reproduction steps

1. Enable emails.
2. Create a task.
3. Take a look at your mailbox.
