We have several projects that are restricted view, but the project tags still show up on the task as "Restricted Project" and users who cannot see the project see things like

which isn't really helpful and adds noise, especially if the user has emails turned on

It would be nice if restricted project tags, column moves, etc were hidden from users who cannot see them, even if it just at a UI level. It would be really nice if these actions didn't also send emails/notifications.
