Description

Moving the mouse over the preview icon in Conpherence rooms sometimes jiggles.

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to Conpherence
Type "parrot" as a message
Move mouse over to the preview icon, may need a few mouse-overs
See the jigglin

Using Personal Settings → Display Preferences → Accessibility → Use High Contrast Colors

Event Timeline

Just noticed the horizontal scrollbar appearing which seems to be the cause of jiggling. Maybe some width calculation just needs tweaked.

Also it looks to happen without text entered into the chat, so "parrot" not necessary.
