Description

repro case:

set metamta.vary-subjects and metamta.re-prefix to false
go to /settings/user/$ME/page/emailformat/ or /settings/builtin/global/page/emailformat/

expect:

default values of Add "Re:" Prefix" and Vary Subjects to read Default: ($name_of_off_option)

What version of Phabricator are you running?

just upgraded to the hashes from https://secure.phabricator.com/w/changelog/2016.24/ before spotting issue, unsure if it was that way before

Can you try HEAD? or are you on stable?

I think this is resolved in rPd68b2cc0e4c4, but merging into the feedback/errata task regardless.
