Users will sometimes type a reference to a task by hand, especially if they are mentioned in chat (discord, irc, etc), it would be great if phabricator accepted lowercase. This may apply to other objects as well where it is obvious that they don't mean some other url. It would be most useful for tasks however.

Right now if I type https://myphab/t305 instead of https://myphab/T305 I get a 404.
