Browsers don't seem to care too much about verifying SSL certificates for websockets, but the new test console does. Node supports certificate chains, and updating the configuration is straightforward.

This is probably obsolete on this host since I think we can just tunnel TCP+SSL through the ELB nowadays, but probably worth fixing ahead of that.
