Hi, exception raised when I use arc diff to create new differential.
The error message is

And the log from server shows http error code 400.
I tried to reinstall Php, arcanist but still got the same issue.
My system is Ubuntu Kylin 15.10, and php version is PHP 5.6.11-1ubuntu3.1 (cli)
