I'm guessing that Chatlog might be on the way out, so this might not be relevant.

We just hooked up Phabricator to Slack using the Phabricator IRC bot and Slack's IRC gateway. We now want to surface the chat logs that Phabricator is making in the home page Dashboard, so that people can see activity in the Slack channel without having to have Slack open. We want to do this so that we can surface things that are relevant across teams (we already do this with the activity feed, but this doesn't log general conversations that are happening in the business).

Currently we do not use Conpherence because of the lack of mobile and notification support, which are critical blockers to adoption.
