Do you know why these daemons are Waiting?

Q2: In page Diffusion>Project xxx, the message Empty Repository is displayed, but I've already committed the codes to svn. ?

Q3: When all the daemons listed above are running,Email can be sent successfully, but if any of them is not running, emails are blocked.

When the problems above occurred, I made the following operations:
Restart MySQL apach2
./bin/phd restart
But the problem still remains.
