I recently added another device to our company phabricator repository cluster with it now totalling 4. However it's been 3 days since adding the new device, and the status still indicates that it's only partially synced, it was partially (30 w) on the first day. There are about 100 repositories being clustered.

1.) How long (average) does it normally take to sync when a new device is added?
2.) How can I go about debugging/gather information to see why it's taking so long?
