Hi all,

I just setup a fresh install of Phabricator. Everything work fine, I can log into it, and to complete all the basic setup tasks, except one - I cannot start the phabricator deamons.
I get the error message about being unable to connect to master & replicas in a cluster (see attached file).

The thing is there is no replica, this is a single local DB server installation. On the Phabricator webui DB status is all green, no reported DB issues. Under DB server there is only the local server listed, all green.

What could be the cause of this?
