Is there any configuration to allow outbound e-mails to unregistered users aka "Email user"?

Hi guys I've enable the phabricator.allow-email-users option, created an herald rule to move to the specific project, its working fine just the response of the maniphest created that is not comming for public e-mails (not registered) for those that are registered everthing is working fine.

Is there any way to make ti work for public users to ?

No, they must have a Phabricator account in order to communicate with a ticket. Nuance is the Help Desk tool we plan to build for external users to file stuff without an account.
