Are there plans for making apps such as Legalpad and Phortune compatible with other than the US?

In your starmap, you say that [you]

generally plan to improve the usability and featureset of Phortune

and

plan to internationalize Phabricator.

I'm wondering if these plans will include making those apps work in different legal systems as that would be useful to what we're doing at work and is something I'd like to help out on when (if) I get the time, as using Phortune in Croatia right now would probably land someone in very deep troubles with the Tax Administration due to improper invoicing (although that could probably be avoided by using descriptions a lot and calculating taxes manually). Do similar plans even exist currently?

I understand how this may be a problem that would be really hard to tackle (and that we're probably better off using something different / building our own invoicing app/API), but I'm interested if it's something you'll be working on.

We have no immediate plans to improve either of these products, given their overall limited use. If you have need for such sophistication, you're better off picking something else off the shelf that already exists today.
