I created a herald rule to add a subscriber if there is none on creation :

Of course, as i learned, this rule never applies since the creator of the task is automagically added as a subcriber upon creation.
Can anyone think of a combination of conditions that would do something like :

Is newly created -> is true
Subcribers -> Creator
