Isn't answer summary for it?

Very few answers have a decidedly "best" or "most correct" answer (it's not stack overflow, it's an internal tool).

The "Answer Summary" is intended to be where you can summarize all the answers into the pure solution for future interns. It's a bit more like Quora.
