Uploading large file in Files

I'm unable to upload a large video file to Files. File size is about ~90MB.
I get this error when I try to upload file:

No configured storage engine can store this file. See "Configuring File Storage" in the documentation for information on configuring storage engines.

I'm using Local Disk as Storage Engine.

Also, large files need to be dragged and dropped. We don't yet support chunked uploads via the OS file browser.
