How to use username/password option on OAuth account

Details

I made an account from external site via OAuth, but I want to use user/password option too. But the phabricator requires me to input old password, which I never have set.

Go to Settings -> Authentications -> External Accounts and link your OAuth there.

This is found to be a bug and is tracked on T9512.
