Someone might be manually restarting or manually executing builds, we don't have all the logging in place for that. Let me dig into the actual data. I'm going to restart the build in a second too and see what that does.

The empty story is build restart, I'll fix that. I expect we'll get another build success in a moment.

I think we have data for who restarted builds when, it's just not in the UI yet.
