Ref T4426. This moves "Edit Details", "Edit Picture", and "Archive" to a separate "Edit" interface. "History" becomes part of this UI.

I'll probably come up with some kind of 'editing object box view' treatment, it feels a little too easy to get confused as to where you are.

Yeah -- I think that might clear up a little bit once this page has a little more stuff (I think it's more clear in Diffusion) but it would be nice if we could find a stronger way to hint it and provide context.
