Fixes T12958. Adds a success message when card is added, also switches to use radio buttons for clarity. Updated redirect uri for deleting methods as well.

The concept of Autopay seems odd to me personally, at least it seems common in like insurance and other things, but not usually hosted billing from what I can find.
