Summary

Ref T5267.

  • In the human-readable "qqq" help, include "Variable Types: GENDER, NONE".
  • Split all the files into project/<project>/<group>/ using the rule "if it's in exactly one application, that group, otherwise, core".
  • Include "frequency.json", a bare list of strings sorted by frequency. We don't currently have frequency data so this order is just random for now.
Test Plan

Re-exported data, manually examined output.
