Ref T2015. This updates the AWS EC2 blueprint to support working copy caches. The working copy cache blueprint does not know the platform it's leasing from (only the specific resource ID), and thus we need to modify this check to allow the EC2 blueprint to lease against any EC2 resource if the lease does not specify a platform.
