Instead of showing [No Title] when there isn't one, use the subtitle (3 participants) to describe the Thread. This works, but seems hacky. Is there a singluar place this should all exist?

It's probably also worth considering dropping "subtitle" in the UI, as I don't think it adds much value.

I'm going to likely remove subtitle and re-design around that direction along with a consistent title fallback.
