Upgrading / Compatibility

• bin/phd now identifies running daemons using only the process list. Previously, it used a mixture of PID files and the process list. The approach may need some tweaks on some operating systems.
• The phd.pid-directory configuration option has been removed, because daemons no longer use PID files.
• bin/phd status now only shows the status of daemons on the current host.
• The --gently option to bin/phd restart and bin/phd stop has been deprecated and no longer has any effect.

Minor

• Fixed an issue where audit actions did not apply properly.
• When a subscription is billed in Phortune but all members of the payment account are disabled, the task now fails permanently.
• Improved some parsing and behavior of several bin/files workflows.
• Fixed an issue where bin/storage dump could encounter a memory error when processing particularly large dumps if mysqldump emitted data much faster than it could be written to disk.
• Bumped the remarkup cache version to correct a rendering issue with out-of-date Asana and JIRA links.
• Fixed an issue where certain links in dialogs could dismiss the dialog.
