• When saving an Owners package which owns the same path in two or more different repositories, the paths are now correctly preserved.
• Files can now be fetched over plain HTTP GET again if the request does not include credentials and security.alternate-file-domain is not configured; for instance, with arc download. This setup is discouraged: security.alternate-file-domain should be configured outside of local environments.
• [] Added a workaround for Chrome refusing to play some videos with MIME type video/quicktime even though that's the right MIME type and Chrome can play the video. See T13135 for discussion.
