Minor

• [] Made several improvements to the "Ferret" fulltext engine's indexing performance.
• Fixed a fatal when searching for "r matey prepare to be boarded".
• [] In Differential, when an Owners package is a reviewer but does not own any of the files in the current diff, that fact is now noted in the UI.
• [] Added a "Move Tasks to Column..." action to workboards. This is still fairly rough.
• [] Searching source code for a pattern from a subdirectory no longer forgets most of the subdirectory path.
