• Added a "Duplicates" tab to Maniphest tasks to show merged duplicates.
• Fixed a fatal with certain bad URI inputs in remarkup ("Ambiguous URI").
• Completely removed the --update-with-merge and --update-with-rebase flags from Arcanist (these flags have had no effect for more than a year).
• Swept an issue with git grep and UTF8 under the rug.
• When daemon tasks fail permanently, they are now logged even if phd.verbose is not enabled.
• We are now more proficient at moving folders around on disk in the Phacility cluster.
