- The timezone "Etc/GMT" now imports as "UTC".
- Fixed an issue where floating datetimes would be incorrectly assigned a UTC timezone while importing.

- Added a new bin/calendar reload for debugging and profiling imports.
- Cleaned up several issues with all-day events showing the wrong date ranges in some UIs.

- Improved several cases where the prose diff algorithm produced questionable results.

- In Maniphest, "Mocks" have moved to a tab and a new "Mentions" tab shows mentioning and mentioned objects.
- "Limited" and "Test" translations (like "ENGLISH (ALL CAPS)") are no longer shown unless an install is in developer mode.
- The translation infrastructure now extracts variable type information.
- Typeaheads now sort mixed-case matches better.
- Typeaheads now handle prefix results for large result sets better.
