As mentioned in this Ponder question: https://secure.phabricator.com/Q268 Some organizations may not have Test Plans implemented yet or have a use for a Subscribers field. It would be helpful and/or convenient to remove these from the custom template. I may be able to fix this myself, but wanted to give a headsup to the Phab team.

It would be helpful and/or convenient to remove these from the diff template. An alternative would be to unlock some of the "Permanent Fields" like Subscribers and JIRA Issues. I may be able to fix this myself, but wanted to give a headsup to the Phab team.
