Looks like the history on https://secure.phabricator.com/diffusion/P/repository/master/ is from 6 months ago. Apparently it thinks the latest commit is from 2nd July, even though GitHub https://github.com/facebook/phabricator/commits/master states that the last commit was 3 hours ago.
