On phabricator.wikimedia.org, dozens/hundreds huge workboards were created just for testing and have never been used. Now it turns out that there is no way to delete them, while deletion is sometimes needed for decluttering and clarity. Deletion should be made possible. Alternatively, at a minimum users should be warned that workboard creation is an irreversible action to be pondered with care and/or special permissions should be required.
