This is a single-user UX preference, but my mind tends to blank between the .5 seconds of selecting a policy to view/modify and when the dialog appears. I can't remember if I'm modifying the view or the edit policy of some entity. Having it appear in the dialog titlebar would be tremendously helpful. I don't usually modify policies often but occasionally there are spurts of modifying numerous objects' policies.

Display "Edit Edit Policy" and "Edit View Policy" as dialog title when managing custom policies.
