Minor designy nit. When I post to Conpherence and it's a new date, we should maybe load in the date separator as well. It's there upon reload.

We currently add date markers and reduced CSS in special cases when checking the previous transaction. This is rendered server side correctly, but not during AJAX. Steps to reproduce: - Pontificate a lot in 2 minutes - See image for each comment - Reload Conpherence - See correct CSS where comments are collapsed
