Basically,
If I created two projects :
- `design`
- `dévelopement` (note the french accent)
and then i type `de`in manifest it only typeahead the first one.
It should also refer to the second one.
In others words it should :
# clean up project name into accent free name, spécial char free
# then clean up the requested typeahed
# do typeahead betwwen the two cleanup name
