The 'Audits in Small Teams' setup as per http://www.phabricator.com/docs/phabricator/article/Audit_User_Guide.html has suddenly started sending emails to everyone in the Code Audits project when a concern is raised, instead of just the committer and auditor (and anyone else who was mentioned, added, etc) as was previously the case. Has something changed?
Reproduce:
# Set up the Audits in Small Teams setup as per the Audit User Guide above with at least 3 users
# Commit with User1
# Raise concern with User2
# Users 1, 2 and 3 will receive the concern raised email. - only 1 and 2 should have received the email. (at least that's how it was previously working)
