repro case: 1. when viewing a Diff with the file list enabled 2. click and drag the sidebar border and make it twice as wide 3. let go 4. click it again and try to shrink expect: be able to shrink it back to original size actual: shrinks by ~original sidebar width and then blocks subsequent attempts give diminishing returns :D
