Sometimes a Maniphest Task will start out as an email thread. Personally, I'd rather that everything was ticketed because I despise email, but not everyone shares my opinion. In any case, I often want to "convert" an email thread into a Maniphest Task. Currently, I basically do "Show Original" in the email and then copy-paste the body into a task. Ideally though, I could just forward this to our Phabricator install and it would be converted, properly retaining the author of the original email in the thread.
