I'm trying to disable TXT3 type of check. My `.arclint` is as follows but it doesn't seem to work. Any tips? Thanks. ``` { "linters": { "general": { "type": "text", "exclude": "(README.md)", "severity": { "TXT3": "disabled" } } } } ```
