I'm pretty sure that this has come up before, but is it possible to enforce usernames based on email addresses? We recently enabled self-registration and Google login on our Phabricator install. The expectation is that `bob@example.com` will register with username `bob`, but I don't believe that this is actually enforced at the moment.
