I saw the new forms at maniphest, I got some questions concerning this:
* Is this a extension? (I can't find a new application, or a new configuration here: https://secure.phabricator.com/applications/view/PhabricatorManiphestApplication/)
* At which week it was introduced? I can't find it at the last three changelogs.
Thanks you for your answers!
