I am testing Phabricator + SVN.
I created a diff with arc diff and specified multiple reviewers. After the diff is approved by all reviewers, and I used arc commit to submit the code to SVN repo. arc commit will add a detailed commit comment to SVN, which including who are the reviewers(Reviewers:) and who have reviewed the diff (Reviewed By:).
But if there are multiple reviewers and all of them have approved the diff, only one reviewers are listed at 'Reviewed By' section.
for example:
