Change Details

Tested on a local development machine, used `bin/phd debug taskmaster --trace` and `bin/phd debug pull --trace` to see the Conduit call being made when the worker ran.

Ran `bin/repository reparse --change <commit> --trace` on several commits, saw daemons make a Conduit call instead of running a `git` command.
