One of our engineers is having a similar issue with slightly different error, running "arc install-certificate" would always fail with the following error:
EXCEPTION: (HTTPFutureCURLResponseStatus) [cURL/77] (https://cr.houzz.net/api/user.whoami) The SSL CA Bundles that we tried to use could not be read or are not formatted correctly. at [<phutil>/src/future/http/HTTPSFuture.php:408] arcanist(head=master, ref.master=c04f141ab023), phutil(head=master, ref.master=0a4487d37cd7) #0 HTTPSFuture::isReady() called at [<phutil>/src/future/Future.php:37] #1 Future::resolve(NULL) called at [<phutil>/src/future/FutureProxy.php:34] #2 FutureProxy::resolve() called at [<phutil>/src/conduit/ConduitClient.php:64] #3 ConduitClient::callMethodSynchronous(string, array) called at [<arcanist>/src/workflow/ArcanistWorkflow.php:332] #4 ArcanistWorkflow::authenticateConduit() called at [<arcanist>/scripts/arcanist.php:356]
Verify through curl and openssl both works fine:
$ curl -vvI https://some.host:443 $ openssl s_client -showcerts -connect some.host:443
We even tried to set "https.blindly-trust-domains": [ "our.host" ] which still doesn't solve the problem, anyone run into similar issue and could help?
