Is it possible to "move" an external svn repository into Phabricator's hosting?

I think so. I've tried it out on two dummy repo histories so far, and the outcomes are both good. My real repo is backed up, so I'll try it next.

I wanted to ask here anyway to learn if this behavior is what repository refs is supposed to do...or if I'm abusing it in a way it wasn't designed for, and it just happens to work in a few test cases.

By the way, I never got to say this before, but I like the 2015 look!
