New users most often have trouble using the software, or making poor judgment calls about who should be a reviewer, or writing bad task descriptions, etc. I'd love to have the ability to do something like
If author of {task, diff} has submitted < N { tasks, diffs} or is newer than N days old then { flag user/task, add project to subscriber, etc. }

This is something we've seen repeatedly where new users either fail to add reviewers, or add whomever they were talking to instead of the correct users. It would also be good to be able to reach out to the users to personally welcome them and help then along.

The feature request here is adding "author attributes" to Herald but I hope I wrote this task in such a way so you can understand the root cause and it isn't just a feature request.
