Tagging Diffusion Commit should link to respective Maniphest Task

Description

Suppose I make a commit with message

T440 Fix blah blah blah.

Right now, it'll say something like this

@jhgg mentioned this in rBLAalsdfasdfasdfasd: T440 Fix blah blah blah..

However, it won't actually add the commit to the maniphest task until I manually go to the commit, click "Edit Maniphest Tasks" and then add T440.

Any way to have it automatically add it to the maniphest task?
