Unrecoverable fatal error when trying to access workboard for new tags

Description

This morning, every time my colleagues and I have created a new project tag and then clicked on the tag to view its workboard page, we get the following error message once redirected to the appropriate workboard page URL (e.g., /tag/my-tag/):
