We need a feature that can assign a maniphest task back to its origin author.

Usually a task (bug) is created by a tester, and assigned to a dev. Once the developer fixed the bug, he will change task status to verifying (a custom status we defined). We want to define a herald rule to automatically assign the task back to its author to verify it.
