single-click claim for tasks

Description

I claim tickets all the time. It'd be great if I could just click a little button to claim a ticket -- perhaps even if it's already claimed. Right now, I have to click the drop-down above the comment field, select "reassign/claim", and click "submit".

We don't plan to preface one workflow over another, specifically what's useful to you is clutter and useless to someone else. The action/comment box will get re-thought out at some point in time, but until then you should fork or maintain patches to achieve what might be better for your local install.

You could probably also just build this with an EventListener, specifically add a link in the Action List for "Claim Task". Then you don't even have to fork.
