This is what I get when I reload the same page repeatedly. I see the same behaviour everywhere.

Ubuntu 14.04 LTS stock, with SSL, Apache 2, SVN as of a month ago.

Also, you have "disable cache" checked in your Network panel there.

haha, at least you took a good screenshot, this could have taken us days to figure out.
